New Name for Beazley Affiliate
The national and global real estate network to which the Beazley Co. affiliate offices belong has introduced a new identity, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
Formerly known as the RELO network, the organization encompasses 650 local and regional residential real estate companies, with 4,700 offices and 120,000 sales associates in the United States and 24 other countries. Collectively, those firms sell 1.4 million homes annually, valued at $380 billion, more than any national brand or franchise. The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network has launched the new identity to better reflect its dominance as a real estate organization rather than one focused only on relocation.
“We are very excited about the new branding of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World,” said E. Tyler Della Valle, managing partner of Beazley Co. in Hamden. “Real estate is still a local business where the accountability of having our name on the door continues to make independent real estate firms leaders in the market. At the same time, we are a mobile society, so the connections provided to us by the network are invaluable in reaching the homebuyers and sellers who are new to the Greater New Haven area and may not know the Beazley name. Also, being able to introduce our clients to trusted, similarly qualified colleagues in other cities provides a major benefit as well.”
Leading Real Estate Companies of the World was in effect “born” as the RELO network in 1963 and has continually been recognized as a leader among broker networks. In 1998, it underwent an ownership change, which rapidly accelerated its growth by becoming the home of many top independent real estate firms and typically allowing multiple choices for consumers in most markets.
