Century 21 Real Estate recently awarded Diane Cahill, a sales associate with Century 21 Home Services-Szalzo Group in Bethel, with the Century 21 Grand Centurion Producer award following her successful 2005 sales totals. Cahill completed the year as the No. 1 agent in the state, as well as the region, within the Century 21 system. She will be presented with a Grand Centurion statue and will be recognized before her peers at the upcoming Century 21 International Convention.

LeBlanc-Jones Honored
Ruth LeBlanc-Jones, a sales associate at the New Canaan office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, recently received the Philanthropist of the Year award from Vision Fund Inc., the charitable arm of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Fairfield County.
In the latest act of giving in a long history of community commitment, LeBlanc-Jones made a large donation to the Vision Fund, which provides educational scholarships to employees and family members of companies that belong to the Home Builders & Remodelers Association. The Vision Fund also works with St. Vincent’s Special Needs Services in Trumbull to build ramps and elevators, as necessary, at the homes of wheelchair-bound youngsters.
LeBlanc-Jones has served her community for over 20 years with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and is widely recognized for her insight into the area’s real estate market, including the communities of New Canaan, Darien, Greenwich, Norwalk, Stamford and Wilton. Throughout her career, LeBlanc-Jones has consistently placed among the top 1 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates nationally and has been Coldwell Banker’s top producer in Connecticut for seven consecutive years.
In addition to offering luxury residences, LeBlanc-Jones also represents more modestly priced properties. She also works with builders in Greenwich and New Canaan.
