Maureen Campbell, vice president of corporate and relocation services for North Haven-based H. Pearce Real Estate Co., has been appointed to serve on the Relocation Advisory Council for the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Campbell is one of 13 relocation professionals from across the country who serves on the council.

Leading Real Estate Companies of the World is the largest network of top independent local and regional brand-name brokerage firms in the residential sector of real estate. The nearly 100 firms affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World are represented by 4,700 offices and 120,000 associates. Raveis Opens Newtown Office

William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services recently added a company office in Newtown. The office is temporarily located at 1 Riverside Road, Suite 102, in the Sandy Hook section of town, but as of this June, its permanent location will be at 14 Church Hill Road, Unit C7, in the Church Hill/Queen Commons area.

The Newtown location will be the company’s 56th office.

Cathy Donnelly, currently the manager of the company’s Southbury office, will assume the additional role of sales manager of the Newtown office. Donnelly has 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, having previously been a successful real estate sales associate before joining the management team at Raveis almost five years ago.

Donnelly is active in her local, state and national real estate organizations, currently serving on the boards of directors for the National and Connecticut associations of Realtors. She also serves on and chairs various committees for each of those organizations. Additionally, Donnelly co-chaired William Raveis’ 2005 breast cancer research fund-raisers, which helped raise over $275,000 toward breast cancer research.
