Vinni Davis has joined the Guilford office of Page-Taft Real Estate.
“Vinni’s six years of experience, combined with her top-producer status and familiarity with the shoreline, makes her a marvelous addition to our Page-Taft team,” said owner Karen Stephens.
Stephens said Davis is well respected in the industry for her energy and perseverance. With her degree in interior design, Davis is an expert at staging homes to present them in the best light. Recognized consistently for her accomplishments, she received the Independent Realty Network’s Platinum Award in 2004 and 2005 and numerous other production awards over the years. With her annual sales exceeding $7 million, she continues to pursue excellence through her dedication to her clients and her ability to anticipate all aspects of the transaction.
Davis is an avid tennis player and was previously nationally ranked. In her spare time, she loves to sail and is a lifelong member of the Sachems Head Yacht Club. She also enjoys traveling internationally. Married for 25 years, she and her husband Jim have two adult children and reside in Guilford. Davis’ ties to the town run deep: She is a fourth-generation resident of Guilford, her mother owns Breakwater Books on the Town Green and her great-grandfather purchased Andrews Point in the early 1900s.
Page-Taft Real Estate is one of the Connecticut shoreline’s foremost independently owned and managed real estate firms. Since opening its doors in 1980, the company has grown to include 56 full-time agents and a staff of nine.
