Paula Feeney

Paula Feeney, director of business development at H. Pearce Real Estate Co.’s North Haven office, has been honored as one of Business Times’ 2006 Twenty Noteworthy Women.

Twenty outstanding women who have successfully accomplished career achievement are recognized at the annual event. This year’s breakfast ceremony was held at Woodwinds in Branford.

Feeney, in her position at H. Pearce, is responsible for generating business opportunities for the company’s Relocation Division. Her duties include client relations and market development. Feeney ensures that clients’ employees receive a full menu of relocation services. She also is involved in the training and management of Realtors and support staff.

Feeney has provided relocation services to corporations throughout Connecticut and has increased corporate business sales from 2.2 million to 25 million from 1990 to 2005. She has completed the Corporate Business Development Certification Program for the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Feeney is a member of the Greater New Haven Resource Association and the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce’s Human Resource Council.

Sally O’Brien Joins Prudential

Sally O’Brien and Assoc. of Greenwich has joined Prudential Connecticut Realty. Since opening its doors in 1980, Sally O’Brien and Assoc. has brokered the purchase and sale of many of Greenwich’s landmark properties and estates. In 2005, the firm closed more than $188 million dollars in sales.

Sally O’Brien and Assoc. represents buyers and sellers throughout the Greenwich, Old Greenwich, Riverside and Cos Cob markets. The sales executives will continue to occupy the firm’s historic 18 Grigg St. office, originally a sea captain’s home built in 1860.

Sales Associates Honored

Eleven sales associates from County Living Assoc.’s Darien office were honored for their outstanding 2005 sales performance at the company’s annual awards luncheon, which was held recently at Cobb’s Mill Inn in Weston.

The Darien office’s Associate of the Year Award was granted to Sis Henderson. She was also the Diamond Circle Award winner, the highest honor conferred upon the company’s sales associates.

Tana Gilmore and Nancy Winship were the Emerald Circle Award winners. Gold Circle Award winners were Linda Fritsch and Sharon Russell. Silver Circle Award winners include Grace Ann Baresich, Joan Davey, B.A. Hand and Patrice Malvisi, and the Bronze Circle Award winners were Sam Gabe and Anne Sullivan.
