Thirty-three sales associates from County Living Assoc.’s New Canaan office were honored for their outstanding 2005 sales performance at the company’s annual awards luncheon, which was held recently at Cobb’s Mill Inn in Weston.
Regina Van der Heyden received the “Associate of the Year” award for the New Canaan office. She was also the Diamond Circle Award winner, the highest honor conferred upon the company’s sales associates. Mary Higgins, Kathy Lawten, Ceci Murray, Carol Pelzner and Jay Tarqueno were also Diamond Circle Award winners. The Emerald Circle Award winners included Patti Fieber, Lisa Karp, Ellen McBrearity, Sheila Rosenthal and Joanne Santulli.
The Gold Circle Award winners were Pamela Bassett, Gerry Harrington, Lisa Hawley, Anka Jones, Antoinette Lanni-Lampert and Wendy Lynch. Silver Circle Award winners include Joan Allocca, Anne-Lise Brown, Mary Lou Burke, Lois Krippene, Maxine Mackle, Pamela McCroskey, Nancy Rauscher, Jeanne Rozel and Sharon Tauber. Kras Carlucci, Karen Ceraso, Lydee Conway Hummel, Marianne Dolan, Helen O’Neill, Christine Saxe and Cindy Stecyk were the Bronze Circle Award winners. The company-wide rental transaction award was earned by Wendy Lynch, who also works at the New Canaan office.
Country Living Assoc. has six offices serving 12 communities in lower Fairfield County.
C21-Scalzo Wins Award
The Bethel office of Century 21 Home Services-Scalzo Group has won the 2005 Century 21 Quality Service Award for its commitment to providing quality customer service to its clients. This award is based on customer feedback and is awarded to Century 21 offices nationwide that earned a minimum customer satisfaction index of 90 percent or better on transactions from Jan. 1 through Oct. 31, 2005.
“Receiving this award is a great honor and a testament to the focus and attention we commit to our clients in ensuring that they understand each and every step of the homebuying and selling process,” said Lesley Lovallo, senior vice president of Century 21 Home Services-Scalzo Group. “This award is the collective result of the efforts of each and every member of our Bethel office’s team of agents.”
Agostini Honored Again
The Midstate Association of Realtors has for a second year in a row given its top producer award to Mary Jean Agostini from Realty 3, Carroll & Agostini Co. Realtors in Berlin for outstanding sales production.
Agostini participated in 83 transactions last year, which equates to selling a home every four days. She recently celebrated her 20th year in business and has achieved several designations from the National Association of Realtors, including Certified Residential Broker and Specialist as well as Certified Commercial Investment Member.
As a lifelong resident of Berlin, Agostini has served on the Town Council and the Historic and Economic Development commissions. She is also the current president of Central Connecticut Association of Retarded Citizens, a member of the New Britain-Berlin Rotary Club and a continued supporter of Friends of Berlin Animal Control, Our Companions Rescue and the American Society for the Prevention of Animal Cruelty.
Agostini also received the Realtor of the Year award in 1994 from the Midstate Association of Realtors and has been a past recipient of the YWCA Women in Leadership Award and The Merit Award from the Columbian Federation.
Borowik Joins Prudential
Longtime Stamford resident Michael Borowik has joined the Stamford office of Prudential Connecticut Realty, Stamford Office Leader Ellen Christian recently announced.
During the four years he was affiliated with his former brokerage, Borowik generated more than $40 million in sales. He attributed that success to his VIP treatment of every customer, be it someone searching for an affordable rental or a multimillion-dollar home.
Borowik previously served as president of New York-based Paintset Children’s Wear. He also worked in senior level management positions at several other manufacturing companies.
Borowik serves both homebuyers and sellers from Fairfield south to Greenwich, as well as some of the northern suburbs. A former director of the Stamford Board of Realtors and a current member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, he holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
