Rugby Realty Co. recently appointed CB Richard Ellis, exclusive leasing agent for Broadbridge Corporate Park, located at 3191 Broadbridge Ave. in Stratford. CB Richard Ellis’ Sean Cahill, Susanne Dengenis and Michael Nelson will oversee the leasing campaign for the property.

Westbrook Space Leased
Barry M. Stratton, a new commercial/residential associate at The Geenty Group, Realtors, in Branford, recently leased retail space at 362 Boston Post Road in Westbrook.
Stratton represented the tenant, Trudy McClure. She is the owner of “Reruns for Wee Ones,” a new and used children’s clothing and toy store, formerly located at 316 East Main St. in Clinton.
The landlord, Phillip Wetmore, was represented by Peter Bonanno of Coldwell Banker in Old Saybrook.
McGeehan Rejoins EBI
Michael McGeehan has recently rejoined EBI Consulting, a national engineering and environmental, health and safety consulting firm based in Burlington, Mass., as senior program director, real estate services. McGeehan has over 13 years of real estate due diligence experience that includes risk management, program management, engineering, and environmental report reviewing and quality assurance.
EBI Consulting is the preferred environmental site assessment, property condition report, and seismic evaluation provider to many of the nation’s largest commercial real estate investors and developers. In his new role, McGeehan will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of those clients by meeting their day-to-day engineering and environmental report needs in an efficient manner.
