Real estate sales professional Eric Sundman recently affiliated himself with Prudential Connecticut Realty’s Fairfield office.
Sundman, who grew up in Fairfield, currently lives in one of the town’s beach neighborhoods and said his enthusiasm for sand and sea also extends to the town’s historical treasures. An amateur historian, he has spent a great deal of time researching the town’s roots going back to the Revolutionary War period and the community’s original settlement.
“I enjoy reading about the history of specific neighborhoods, and I enjoy sharing this knowledge with clients who may be interested in those areas,” noted Sundman.
“Eric offers a unique mix of talent, interests and expertise,” said Fairfield Office Leader Melissa Riley. “His background in marketing and promotions and his historical knowledge of Fairfield will be appealing to clients who appreciate Fairfield’s architectural antiques, either as sellers who want to highlight their home’s best features or as buyers searching for a specific style of home.”
Prior to joining Prudential, Sundman worked in account management for several marketing and promotions agencies in the consumer packaged-goods industry, including Reach Marketing in Westport and Hook Marketing in Newport, R.I. Subsequently, he owned and managed a retail store selling Scandinavian food and gift products. Sundman said he is confident his marketing experience also will benefit his real estate clients.
Sundman serves both homebuyers and sellers throughout lower Fairfield County, with an accent on Fairfield.
Sundman is a member of the Fairfield Historical Society. He serves on the board of directors and as rental manager of the Scandinavian Club in Fairfield. He is a supporter of The Salvation Army and Operation Hope in Fairfield.
A member of the Mid-Fairfield County Board of Realtors, Connecticut Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management from Sacred Heart University.
Prudential Connecticut Realty maintains 63 sales offices throughout Connecticut. Its more than 1,800 sales executives have generated more than $6 billion in sales. The company offers a complete line of real estate and home services including relocation services, mortgages, move-in services, personal lines insurance and commercial services.
Raveis Creates New Team
William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services recently created an Agent Service Team in the company’s Greenwich office.
“The Agent Service Team has been designed to ensure a superior customer service experience for all of our customers,” said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer William Raveis.
The unique team concept was devised by William Raveis’ management team and is unprecedented in the real estate industry. The program’s main goal is to enable the company’s sales associates to dedicate themselves to their listings and their customers while relying on the Agent Service Team to back them up by handling the crucial operations management of the sale.
The Agent Service Team will consist of four team members: the advertising manager, the call coordinator, the transaction manager and the office’s administrative manager. The advertising manager’s role includes scheduling of all advertising, coordinating with the company’s in-house Marketing Department for special projects, and acting as the main liaison between the publications and sales associates.
