Townhomes at the Metropolitan, Stamford

William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services’ New Homes division is representing both the Metropolitan and the Townhomes at the Metropolitan in Stamford.

The properties, located at 1515 Summer St., include 39 luxury urban loft condominiums and 12 4-story brick and stone townhouses. Prices for the townhouses range between $750,000 and $850,000. The penthouse condos at the Metropolitan are between $1.65 million and $2.2 million.

The townhouses will feature two or three bedrooms, state-of-the-art kitchens and full-size washers and dryers. The sizes will range between 2,066 square feet and 2,500 square feet.

Multipurpose lofts may be configured as a bedroom and bath, home office or recreational room. Each unit has a private garage and secure parking for guests. The property also has a private state-of-the-art fitness center, temperature-controlled wine storage facility and a club room.

Occupancy is expected in early summer.

William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services is New England’s largest privately held, family-owned real estate firm. The firm reported a sales volume of $5 billion in 2006.

Cagenello Has His ‘Day’

Honoring Bruce Cagenello on his retirement from the Connecticut Real Estate Commission, Gov. M. Jodi Rell declared May 2, 2007, as Bruce Cagenello Day.

Cagenello spent nearly 20 years on the commission, including nine as its chairman.

“In your years with the Connecticut Real Estate Commission, you have proven to be an inspirational leader and a role model for all citizens to follow,” stated Rell in her proclamation.

A surprised Cagenello said, “I am looking forward to now spending more time on my commercial brokerage sales and leases.”

Isenstein Joins Firm

Realtor Alison Isenstein has been hired by Press/Cuozzo Realtors.

Isenstein has more than 20 years of client development experience in the Greater New Haven real estate community and is a member of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. During her real estate career, she has been a consistent multimillion-dollar producer.

Press/Cuozzo Realtors, with offices at 2751 Dixwell Ave. in Hamden and 975 State St. in New Haven, has been serving the Greater New Haven area since 1990. The firm provides residential brokerage, relocation services and the services of a commercial and industrial division.

DiLoreto Receives Award

Prudential Connecticut Realty recently named Beth DiLoreto as Office Leader of the Year.

DiLoreto is director of sales for Prudential’s Wethersfield office, which Prudential named as lead Office of the Year. Prudential recognized DiLoreto and the office for their commitment to customer service and dedication to growth in the community.

DiLoreto has 20 years of real estate experience, servicing the needs of buyers and sellers in the home-selling process. She also serves as director for the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors and is an active member on the board of directors of the Wethersfield Chamber of Commerce.

The leadership award honors one office leader in the Prudential Connecticut Realty network for outstanding guidance, enabling an office to excel and grow.
