The Weichert Realtors Shoreline Properties office in Branford has added Lenore Teodosio-Martorelli and Debbie Kelly to the staff.
Teodosio-Martorelli, a native of East Haven, has more than 30 years of experience in the local real estate market.
“Lenore’s extensive background is a tremendous asset to Weichert Shoreline Properties,” said Chuck Conti, manager of the office. “She understands the value of being able to offer ‘big-company services’ with the personalization of a hometown agency.”
Kelly, prior to her career in real estate, gained 18 years of experience in the gift and home décor industry. She moved to Branford four years ago and specializes in residential properties along the Shoreline from Old Saybrook to New Haven.
Kelly uses her expertise in home décor to offer perspective buyers and sellers ideas for interior design.

Comet Buys House
Comet Realty of East Haven has purchased the two-family, commercially zoned house at 290 Forbes Ave. in New Haven for $185,000.
The listing agent was Arthur J. Randolph of the Geenty Group Realtors in Branford and the purchaser’s agent was Mark Esposito of Esposito Realty in East Haven. The seller was David Kelley of Guilford.
Comet plans extensive renovations to the aging structure, which it purchased as an investment.
Raveis Hires Lindwall
Richard A. Lindwall Sr. has been hired by Shelton-based William Raveis Real Estate and Home Services as vice president of franchise development.
Lindwall has more than 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, including significant experience in franchising, acquisitions and consulting. He has received numerous awards for sales excellence as an individual and manager in franchise sales.
Lindwall also gained financial and banking experience during more than 20 years of banking. He attended the Center for Financial Studies at Fairfield University and the University of Massachusetts, and served as president of the American Institute of Banking, a national educational program for bank employees.

The company had a 2006 sales volume of $5 billion and offers mortgage, insurance and closing and title services.
