
Diane Zorich
Diane Zorich of Weichert Realtors Shoreline Properties has earned the highest production award from the Midd-Shore Board of Realtors for the Shoreline and through Middlesex County for the third quarter of 2007.
“Dedication and professionalism is what Diane is all about. Her continuous effort to stay in close communication with her clients is the key to her success,” said Chuck Conti, manager of Weichert Shoreline Properties. “We all congratulate Diane on her well-deserved achievements.”
Zorich was selected as Weichert’s Agent of the Month last September for business originations. She also recently completed a leadership seminar as part of her continuing education.
She lives in the Morris Cove section of New Haven and specializes in properties on the Shoreline from New Haven to Old Saybrook.
Weitz Appointed Manager
Eric Weitz has been named branch manager of the Wilton office for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y.
Previously, Weitz served as co-manager of the Ridgefield office and as a sales associate in the Westport office on Post Road.
“Eric’s successes in Ridgefield and his understanding of the local market will translate into truly remarkable real estate service in our Wilton office,” said Kate Rossi, president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “This know-how, combined with his many years of business and financial management experience make him a true asset to our Wilton sales associates and clients.”
Weitz is an Accredited Buyer Representative with a specialization in relocation, and is a graduate of the Coldwell Banker Fast Start Program.

Eldh, Deak, Katz Honored
The Westport office of Prudential Connecticut Realty recently announced its award recipients for January.
Cheryl Eldh was named top-selling sales executive for the month. The recognition is added to a long list of designations and awards that Eldh has earned during her 28-year career in real estate. For two decades, she has ranked in the top 3 percent of Prudential Realtors nationwide, being named to the Chairman’s Circle, the President’s Circle, the Honor Society and the Leading Edge Society. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, a Fine Homes Specialist and a Graduate, Realtor Institute.
Jonathan Deak has been named top listing agent for the month of January. He specializes in fine homes marketing, condos, new homes and land development. Deak, who is e-certified by Prudential, has been recognized for his achievements in the past. He has been named to Prudential’s Honor Society, the Leading Edge Society, the President’s Circle and the Chairman’s Circle, a national award given to sales executives who represent the top 2 percent nationally in closed real estate business.
Marilyn Katz has been honored with the service award. She was singled out for sharing with other sales executives her knowledge and expertise of technology issues and questions. An award-winning sales executive, Katz has been named to the Honor Circle and the Honor Society. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Prudential Relocation-Certified Destination Services Specialist and a Certified Relocation Inventory Specialist. Additionally, she has served as the director of the Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors.
