Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes has relocated from its old New London office at 207 Bank St. to 216 Broad St. The firm will also be expanding the size of its Tolland County office which is located at 612 Main St. in Somers.

Both moves will be completed in March.

"The steady growth of our office in the Central Connecticut and Massachusetts market over the past three years, clearly is a reflection of the business model we have adopted in both offices.," said Victoria Clark, managing broker of the Tolland County office.

The doubling of the size of Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes’ office space in Somers reflects a planned expansion of commercial brokerage operations in that market, the company said.
