Rachel Carlson, information systems security officer/IT manager for Bankers’ Bank Northeast in Glastonbury, has completed the Certified Community Bank Technology Officer Program, sponsored by the Independent Community Bankers of America.

Following her successful completion of the course and passing the examination, Carlson, of Manchester, was certified as a community bank technology officer.
