Webster Financial Declares Penny Dividend

Webster Fin. Corp. The board of directors of Waterbury’s Webster Financial Corp., the holding company for Webster Bank, has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend 1-cent per common share.

The dividend will be paid Nov. 22 to shareholders of record on Nov. 8.

Webster also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $21.25 per share on its 8.5 percent Series A Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock, payable on Dec. 15 to shareholders of record on Dec. 1.
