New York’s SL Green Realty Corp., which owns 13 commercial properties in Stamford and Greenwich, has increased the company’s quarterly dividend by 32 percent and declared a dividend of 33 cents per share of common stock for the quarter ending Dec. 31.
The dividend is payable on Jan. 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 2.
The board of directors also declared the regular quarterly dividends on the company’s Series C and I Preferred Stock for the period Oct. 15 through and including Jan. 14, of 47 cents and 40 cents per share, respectively, which are the equivalent of annualized dividends of $1.90 and $1.6, respectively. Dividends are payable Jan. 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 2.
