Centerbrook Building Sells For $760K

Balan and Barbara Nair have purchased 61 Main St. in Centerbrook for $760,000.

The Nairs bought the building as an investment play and will lease the 2,400-square-foot, vacant store to the Arts Center of Killingworth, which plans to renovate the space for art gallery sales.

Kevin Geenty, vice president of The Geenty Group Realtors, represented the buyers in the transaction. The seller’s agent was Peter Lucchese, principal of Sound Harbor Realty. Mark Jenusaitis of Guilford Savings Bank facilitated the financing.
