DPM, United Illuminating Complete 56-Acre Campus In New Haven

United Illuminating office Diversified Project Management, a Hartford-based consulting firm, and the New Haven-based United Illuminating Co. (UI) recently completed the construction of two new buildings on UI’s campus on Marsh Hill Road in New Haven.

The $120 million project, located on UI’s 56-acre corporate headquarters campus, consists of 376,419 square feet of LEED Silver certified office and warehouse space, including a 159,000-square-foot operations center and 131,000-square-foot office complex, as well as a two-story parking structure. Currently housing close to 850 employees, the new location is designed to accommodate more than 1,200.
