Inland Real Estate purchased the 187,000-square-foot Newington Fair Shopping Center, located on the Berlin Turnpike six miles southeast from Hartford’s central business district.
The property is 100 percent occupied and is anchored by a 135,000-square-foot center Sam’s Wholesale Club, 52,000 square-foot L.A. Fitness, and shadow-anchored with other national retailers including Toys R Us and Stew Leonard’s Supermarket.
