Papa John\’s Pizza Allots Dough For Orange Eatery

Papa John’s Pizza has signed a five-year lease for 2,000 square feet in Orange.

Brita McGee, a commercial sales associate at Colonial Properties, represented the tenant. Tyler Lyman of RHYS represented the landlord of the property at 112 Boston Post Road.

In another transaction, McGee represented Mercury Medical in a lease for 900 square feet of office space for three years at the Firelite Shopping Center at35 Old Tavern Road in Orange. Royal Properties represented the landlord.

McGee was also the sole broker in the leasing of 2,600 square feet at 1590 Boston Post Road in Milford. The former location of Village Bagels was leased to Piada Italian Kitchen, in a five-year lease.

Additiionally, McGee was the sole broker in the leasing of 1,850 square feet to Catering By Christine at 906 W. Main Street in Branford for a two-year lease.
