Italia & Lemp Inc. And Nora King & Co. Form Partnership

Rowayton-based Nora King & Co., a residential appraisal firm, has allied with commercial real estate appraisal firm Italia & Lemp Inc. The partnership will allow each firm to provide both commercial and residential appraisals.

Nora King, principal of Nora King & Co., will continue operating her residential appraisal business while also working with Patrick A. Lemp and Christopher A. Italia, the principals of Italia & Lemp, to appraise commercial properties.

"I have known Pat and Chris for many years. We have had a mutual respect for each other’s work. We feel that this strategic alliance will enable us to collectively provide a consistent work product over a broadened geographic area for the full spectrum of commercial and residential real estate," King said in a statement.
