The Danbury-based Mid-Western Connecticut Council of Alcoholism (MCCA) has entered a five-year lease for 5,709 square feet of office space in downtown Derby.
MCCA will open a new counseling center in the space, occupying the entire second floor at 100 Elizabeth St.
Alan M. Fischer of Orange-based Fischer Real Estate represented MCCA. Cynthia Tsokalas, also of Fischer Real Estate, represented the landlord, Capwood Associates.
