Capstone Properties LLC recently purchased a Windsor office building for $5.6 million.
The property, located at 360 Bloomfield Ave., is a 64,137-square-foot Class A building on four acres at Exit 37 off I-91. Widely known as the Xerox building, the property is 94 percent leased. Mattapoisett Properties LLC previously owned the property.
Jay Morris and Dale Reese, of O, R & L, were the sole brokers in the deal.
