AXELA Development Group LLC Buys Former New Britain WalMart, Bank Of America For $1.65M

643 Farmington Ave. AXELA Development Group LLC has purchased more 87,000 square feet in New Britain for $1.65 million.

The property at 643 Farmington Ave. consists of two buildings. The larger building containing, 85,000 square feet, was formerly occupied by WalMart, and the 2,470-square-foot building was occupied by Bank of America.

ECP New Britain LLC, the owner, was represented by Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties. AXELA Development Group LLC was represented by Brian Godin, also of

Matthews Commercial Properties. Matthews Commercial Properties has been retained by AXELA Development to lease the property.
