Calcagni Real Estate recently opened an office in Southington.

The company held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 24 to commemorate the new building at 630 Main St. Calcagni Real Estate opened its first office in Southington—its fourth overall—in late 2011 at 722 West St.

The Main Street office is 3,000 square feet and gives agents the option of working individually in their own desk spaces or working in open, collaborative team areas. 

Calcagni’s commercial department represented the tenant and landlord in the transaction.
