Three restaurant sales have recently been transacted in Fairfield County.
Sweet Lucy Lynn’s purchased John Dough, a 3,300-square-foot restaurant and bar located at 77 North Main St. in South Norwalk. The new owner will make renovations before opening for business.
Royal Guard Fish & Chips bought the 1,400-square-foot, free-standing building at 336 Westport Ave. in Norwalk. The space was formerly occupied by Tim’s Philly Steaks. Royal Guard Fish & Chips will also make renovations to the space before opening.
The Third Rail Restaurant purchased the 1,500-square-foot spaces at 22 Center St. in Darien formerly known as The Bankstreet Restaurant. Renovations have been completed and the space has re-opened.
HK Group’s Senior Vice President Ralph Michel represented the seller in all three transactions.
