Cushman & Wakefield recently brokered three leases at The Offices At Farm Greens in Westport.

Daversa Partners, an executive search firm, leased 10,024 square feet; Synergy Corporate Technologies, an IT services and training provider, leased 5,100 square feet; and Broder & Orland, a divorce and family law firm, leased 5,000 square feet.

The tenant representative for Daversa Partners was Penny Wickey, principal of Saugatuck Commercial. Kevin Foley, executive director, and Torey Walsh, director, of Cushman & Wakefield represented Synergy Corporate Technologies, and Broder & Orland was represented by Ken Edwards, vice president of John Hastings Real Estate.

Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive leasing agent for the Westport offices at 55-57 Greens Farms Road. The property owner is The Silverman Group, which acquired The Offices At Greens Farms in July 2013.

"We are well on our way to having a great tenant roster. We have completed the renovations at 55 Greens Farms Road, culminating in the delivery of a wide array of upscale amenities and services," Toby Nelson, vice president of leasing for The Silverman Group, said in a statement.

Renovations completed at 55 Greens Farms Road include a new café, fitness center and elevator cabs. Improvements are also planned for 57 Green Farms Road.
