CBRE Hires Colwell

Patrick Colwell has joined CBRE as a senior vice president for investment properties.

In this role, Colwell will be responsible for covering the northern suburbs of New York City, including Fairfield County and Westchester County, New York.

Colwell has more than 28 years of experience in both acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a principal at Longitude Capital Advisors, where he created a special servicing platform for acquisitions and valued more than $3.5 billion in loan pools for banks and private equity investors throughout the United States.
