Diversified Project Management (DPM), a Hartford-based owner’s representative firm, recently helped multiple schools relocate within the Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) system.
DPM worked with the CREC Medical Professions and Teacher Preparation Academy as well as the CREC Public Safety Academy, to provide full FF&E coordination and move nanagement services in preparation for the relocations. The CREC Medical Professions and Teacher Preparation Academy moved to New Britain from Windsor, and the CREC Public Safety Academy relocated within Enfield. Each school now occupies newly constructed facility in its respective location.
DPM Project Executive Rob Reihl, Senior Project Planner Roxanne Perugino and Assistant Project Manager Nicole Witaszek worked on behalf of CREC to manage the bidding process of FF&E and technology and provide oversight of the delivery and installation.
DPM’s academic portfolio includes Gateway Community College, Norwalk Community College, New Haven Public Schools and Harvard H Ellis Regional Vocational Technical School.
