Suzanne FuchsCBRE Group’s Westchester and Fairfield County office appointed Suzanne Fuchs as research manager, the firm said today.

"Suzanne’s background and approach to research is truly unique and will allow us to enhance our services in this area by exposing brokers to new ways of utilizing data and new tools, some of which she herself developed," Robert Caruso, senior managing director of the firm’s Westchester and Fairfield County operations, said in a statement. "As a research manager, she brings a breadth of experience that will no doubt make her an asset to our sales professionals. We’re excited to have her rejoin the CBRE Westchester/Fairfield team."

Fuchs began her career in 1994 as a research analyst in the office she has recently rejoined. At the beginning of her career, it was the Westchester office of the brokerage firm Insignia/ESG, which was acquired by CBRE in 2003.

In 1997, she went to work in Insignia/ESG’s Manhattan office as a research manager, where she managed the largest team of research analysts in the leading market and became heavily involved in designing proprietary applications that track listings and tenant data. She left the firm, then CBRE, as a director in 2006, having morphed into a sales manager role responsible for supervising and working with suburban office brokers.

From 2006 to 2013, Fuchs worked as a managing director of brokerage services in the Manhattan office of Cushman & Wakefield, where she was the sales manager responsible for junior and mid-level sales professional, recruitment and training.
