CBRE Capital Markets’ business lending team has secured funding through the Freddie Mac Small Balance Lending program for the purchase of two multifamily properties in Hartford.
The package includes $4.3 million in acquisition financing.
CBRE secured a $2.2 million, interest-only loan at 80 percent LTV for Asylum Hill Apartments Huntington, located at 57-63 Huntington St. The complex includes 35 units.
A similarly structured loan for $2.1 million will go toward Asylum Hill Apartments Collins Sumner, located at 179-199 Sumner St. This complex holds 41 units.
