A man has leased 3,500 square feet of a North Branford property.

Robert Sorrentino will use a portion of space in the 10,000 square-foot multitenanted flex building at 8A Commerical Drive to store his collectable motor vehicles.

Kevin Geenty of The Geenty Group was the agent for the landlord, David O. Bredbury Trust. Rich Lombardo of George J. Smith/H. Pearce Co. represented the tenant.
