Rocky Hill’s I-91 Tech Center has acquired by Windsor-based private equity firm Capstone Properties.
Capstone acquired the five-building office park for $12.2 million.
The park is situated directly alongside Interstate 91 in Rocky Hill and totals 110,000 square feet. It was sold by New York/Boston-based KS Partners, which has owned it since 2012.
Major tenants at the I-91 Tech Center include the American Cancer Society, Connecticut Innovations, MTU Aero Engines N.A., CERC, Wireless Zone, Connecticut Green Bank and Canon Business Solutions.
The sale was negotiated by CBRE/New England and Hartford Investment Properties.
