Summit Trucking, Tree and Lawn Service of Monroe has purchased a set of properties in Milford.
The sale includes a 5,700-square-foot industrial building at 81 Munson St. and a two-family house at 90-92 Opal St. for a combined $680,000.
Summit, which operates in New Haven and Fairfield counties, will use the acquisition for a new headquarters.
John Bergin of Pearce Real Estate represented Summit as well as the sellers, Matthew C. Reale of the William MacFarland Testamentary Trust and Thomas Welch of the Welch, Teodosio, Stanek and Blake law firm in Shelton.
