Washington Trust Finances $2M For Purchase Of Pawtucket Properties

Washington Trust recently financed a real estate development firm’s purchase of four multifamily properties in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

Evergreen Street Apartments LLC recently purchased the buildings at 251, 265 and 383 Evergreen St. and 212 Liberty St. The Evergreen Street properties each contain 12 units, and the Liberty Street property has six units. The four-property portfolio includes more than 57,100 square feet of space combined.

Through its commercial real estate group, Washington Trust provided $2.178 million in financing for the deal.
