Two Westport shoe stores have finalized retail leases on Main Street.

Matt Bernson, a New York City women’s shoes and accessories designer, signed a lease for 1,000 square feet of space at 136 Main St. in Brooks Corner.

Shoe-Inn, a women’s designer shoe store, is nearly doubling its space and moving from 1,200 square feet at 38 Main St. to 2,355 square feet at 21 Main St.

Franco Fellah, executive vice president of HK Group, brokered both transactions.
