Colonial Properties Brokers Two Sales For $2.56M

45 Banner Drive, Milford.

Colonial Properties recently brokered two commercial sales totaling approximately $2.56 million.

Centric Pro Management Services Inc., a title insurance underwriting company and subsidiary of CATIC Financial Inc., purchased a Milford property for $1.5 million. The property at 45 Banner Drive consists of a 22,000-square-foot light industrial building on 1.49 acres. The seller was Banner Systems Inc. Bill Weirsman, a Colonial Properties commercial Realtor, represented both parties in the transaction.

Additionally, Orange Development Partners LLC purchased 4.36 acres at 253 Indian River Road in Orange. The site will be developed as a Tractor Supply store. The Capecelatro family sold the property for $1.055 million. Weirsman represented the seller and New England Retail Properties represented the buyer.
