FedEx Purchases Middletown Property To Develop Distribution Hub

FedEx Ground has purchased the old Aetna site in Middletown for $18 million.

Pending zoning and planning approval, the property at 930 Middle St. will become a 500,000-square-foot distribution hub on 240 acres that will employ 500 employees. FedEx also aims to acquire an adjacent parcel of land for vehicle maintenance.
