Torrington Savings Bank (TSB) has promoted Jennifer Marchand, Mark Perbeck and Debra Telman.
Marchand has been promoted to vice president and controller. She has been with the bank since 2010 and formerly held the position of assistant vice president and assistant treasurer. She has previously worked at PwC, Rothstein & Co. and Nationwide Consulting.
Perbeck has been promoted to assistant vice president and bank security officer. Perbeck has been with TSB since 2008 where he began in the accounting department. Prior to that, Perbeck worked for Rothstein & Co. as a staff accountant.
Telman has been promoted to branch officer for the North Office at 635 Main St. in Torrington. Telman has been with Torrington Savings Bank since 2014. Previously, Telman worked for Litchfield Bancorp and Webster Bank as assistant vice president and branch manager. Telman has been a member of the Altrusa Club of Litchfield County for the past 20 years.
