Old Hallmark Center In Enfield Fetches $12.5M

The former Hallmark Distribution Center in Enfield recently sold for $12.5 million.

WE 25 Bacon Road LLC purchased the 1 million-square-foot facility. The 348-acre property is located at 25 Bacon Road.

The company announced it would close its Enfield location in July of last year and filed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification notice with the state Labor Department at the end of May, detailing its move to lay off 534 employees as it phased out operations at the site. Hallmark officials had said six workers accepted transfers to its Missouri distribution center.
