An entity that owns and operates numerous “Got Dirty Laundry” laundromats throughout Fairfield County and New York has purchased a building in East Norwalk for $1.15 million.
Currently the home of REO appliance sales, the 7,450-square-foot building at 233 East Ave. The building was previously used as a pharmacy, a bank and a deli. The new owner plans to have the building completely gutted and rebuilt into a state-of-the-art laundromat.
Alan M. Fischer of Fischer Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the seller and procured the buyer.
