Temple Court Medical Building, a 3-story facility in Stratford, recently sold for $1.05 million.

Neurological Specialists P.C. occupies the second floor of the 16,000-square-foot property in a long-term lease.

“This property offered a tremendous upside for the buyer with over 10,000 square feet available immediately for medical or other office tenants and a solid tenant in place,” Eva Kornreich, associate at Avison Young, said in a statement. “Medical tenants are among the most stable in the market, as they tend to invest significantly in their installations and remain in place for quite some time.”

Kornreic represented the seller, Catherine J. Gong, in the transaction. The buyer was TimberRidge Associates LLC, who represented itself in the deal. The building is located at 2590 Main St.
