HK Group recently announced several lease completions.

Shoe Inn, a retailer that sells upscale women shoes and accessories, leased 1,200 square feet of retail space with a full lower level on New Canaan’s main drag at 36 Elm St. This is Shoe Inn’s first Connecticut location; the company currently has four stores in New York and three in New Jersey.

Coastal Connecticut Counseling, a therapy support center for individuals, couples, children and families, leased 3,342 square feet of office space at 2960 Post Road in Southport.

Waterman Hurst, a senior executive consulting and advisory firm, leased 2,170 square feet of class A office space at 40 Danbury Road in Wilton.

Advertising production consultants Bird, Bonette, Stauderman Inc. leased 2,500 square feet of direct waterfront office space at 49 Riverside Ave. in Westport.

JoyRide Cycling Studio extended its 4,207 square foot lease in Darien. The company has three additional locations in Westport, Wilton and Ridgefield.
