Former Home of UConn Health Sells for $1.6M

A commercial building in East Hartford has sold for $1.575 million.

The 30,544-square-foot property is located at 99 Ash St. The building was built in 1981 and was the former home of UConn Health and was left vacant after the company moved out years ago.

Kia of East Hartford is moving from its current location, 540 Connecticut Blvd. in East Hartford, and will be the new owners at 99 Ash. Kia of East Hartford plans on completely renovating and expanding the 99 Ash Location. Kia of East Hartford sells both new and used vehicles.
