An Arlington, Massachusetts-based bank with more than $1 billion in assets has hired three veteran Connecticut lenders to staff its new office in Southport.
Peter Ventriglia, Hayden Cadwallader and Tim Debany, all formerly of Landmark Financial Group, are joining Leader Bank’s new residential lending office after decades in the industry.
“We are excited to expand further into Connecticut with this established team,” Sushil Tuli, president and CEO of Leader Bank, said in a statement. “I’m confident that the combination of Leader Bank’s mortgage platform and Peter, Hayden and Tim’s experience will impress Realtors and customers in Fairfield County and beyond.”
Ventriglia and Cadwallader have provided lending services to residents of the Fairfield area since they started Landmark Financial in 1995.
Ventriglia has been a Five-Star Mortgage Professional annually since 2011 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Connecticut Association of Realtors; he was the leading producer at Landmark Financial Group.
“We are pleased to find a home in Leader Bank where we can continue to offer excellent products and services. Our customer-centric philosophies align, and we are looking forward to grow Leader’s brand in Connecticut,” Cadwallader said in a statement.
This is Leader Bank’s second location in Connecticut; it also has a lending office in Simsbury.
