The Simon Konover Co. has added two regional property managers to its management team.

Paige L. Dinwoodie has joined the company as a regional property manager responsible for nine properties totaling approximately 1,300 units. Dinwoodie has 15 years of experience in residential property management, including market-rate, affordable and Section 8 housing. She is responsible for properties in Bridgeport, Fairfield and East Lyme, as well as Croydon, Pennsylvania.

Joseph Catalano has also joined the company as a regional property manager.  He is responsible for nine properties totaling approximately 1,800 units located in Manchester, Willimantic and New London, as well as Carol Stream, Illinois and South Bend, Indiana. Catalano has nearly 25 years of experience in facility maintenance, property leasing and property management. He received his Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association, and has earned the EPA Universal Certification under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act.
