West Haven Investment Property Sold For $605K

An investment property at 795 and 797 Savin Ave. in West Haven has been purchased for $605,000.

The property consists of two 4,700-square-foot four-family homes on 0.55 acres. The buyer, Murat Karacayli, was presented by Mike Boyarsky of Welco Realty and attorney Hilly Einbinger.

Fred Messore, senior vice president at Colonial Properties in Orange, represented the seller. Attorneys Jerome Lacobelle Jr. and Lawrence Levinson were the seller’s attorneys.
