From Bank to Church, Norwich Building Finds New Life

A castle-like former Norwich bank has been reborn as a church, according to a report in the Brandeton Herald.

The nondenominational Castle Church is renovating the 6,000-square-foot structure and hopes to open in March.

The building was built in the late 1800s and was once home to the Norwich Savings Society.

Castle Church signed a seven-year lease for the first-floor space, the report said. The entire renovation project is expected to cost $160,000, according to the paper.
