Two New Tenants Sign Leases at Fairfield Shopping Center

Two new tenants are coming to a Fairfield shopping plaza anchored by a Bob’s Store.

Post Road Dry Cleaners signed a long-term lease with the Fairfield Shopping Center for a 2,393-square-foot space at 909 Post Road, next to Jenny Craig, and relocated its store from a space in the Rings End Plaza, which was half the size.

AR Workshop signed a lease for 2,000 square feet of space at 869 Post Road, next to the UPS Store and Coco Day Spa & Nails. AR Workshop is a boutique DIY studio that offers hands-on classes for creating home decor from raw materials; this is the company’s first location in Connecticut.

Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial LLC, was the sole agent in the transaction.
