30K SF Lease Signed in New Haven Office Block

The Connecticut Conference of Municipalities will become the latest tenant in the large waterfront office building at 545 Long Wharf Drive in New Haven.

Frank Hird of O,R&L Commercial in Branford, represented CCM. Hird was hired in the spring of 2016 to relocate CCM’s corporate offices from their home of 29 years at 900 Chapel St. in New Haven to a new location, according to an announcement from the company. David Hansen of CBRE New England represented the Landlord, 545 Long Wharf Drive Holdings.

CCM’s new office space will take up roughly 30,000 square feet, split between the building’s entire eighth floor and a space on the ground floor. According to O,R&L, CCM had sought out a space along Interstate 91 between New Haven and Hartford.

Point One Architects and O,R&L’s Construction Division completed a renovation of CCM’s new space.
