Under-Construction Hotel Sells for $1.7M

An under-construction hotel site in Hamden has sold for $1.7 million.

Hamden Hospitality Inc. bought the site at 2330 Whitney Ave. (rear) from 2330 Whitney Avenue LLC.

Stephen Press from Press/Cuozzo Realtors represented the seller and procured the buyer.

A 127-room Residence Inn is currently under construction at the site.

The parcel is the last portion of the 5.5-acre former home of the Centerville Lumber Co. to be sold.
